1527657 Chain couplings RUD-KETTENFABRIK RIEGER & DIETZ 14 April 1976 [15 April 1975 (3)] 15296/76 Heading F2Q A ring 21, which can be hung on a hoist hook, is connected by a clevis type shackle 22 to the body 23 of an equalizing head for a chain sling, the shackle being of round section steel and having shanks 25 inserted into holes 24 in the body 23 and into holes 28 in an anchoring element 29 in which they are retained by transverse locking pins 31. Shackles 34 are releasably secured in holes 32 in the body 23 by locking pins 35 which are retained by pins 37, the shackles 34 being adapted to be connected to falls of chain of the sling. In a modification, chain shortening couplers 56 are attached to a plate 43 by swivel pins 53. In another modification, a body 71, Fig. 7, has four trough-shaped sockets 79 spaced around its periphery which are adapted to receive chain links 82, 83. In a further modification, shown in Figs. 12 and 13, five sockets 92 are intersected by slots 91 and receive adaptors 93 which support chain links

专利说明:

The invention relates to lifting devices. The known load gripping traverse containing a carrier beam is attached to it with gripping slings and a bracket for hanging the crane fl. However, this device is metal-intensive and heavy. The closest technical solution to the present invention is a load gripping traverse containing a supporting base with a connecting body in the form of a U-shaped bracket, provided with a link under the hook for attaching to the crane hook and fixing elements on the base for attaching slings 2. A disadvantage of this device is the laboriousness of replacing the suspension link when changing slings. The purpose of the invention is to facilitate the process of replacing the suspension link after unloading the accessory organ. The goal is achieved by the fact that in the proposed cross bar the base is made / at least one hole for the connecting organ, whereby transverse horizontal holes are made in the fastening elements, and there are recesses at the ends of the shoulders of the U-shaped bracket for attachment to the base by means of fixing holes. . In addition, the fastening elements of the bracket may include an anchor plate located under the base and having vertical and horizontal transverse holes. The ratio of the vertical distance between the upper point of the inner surface of the U-shaped bracket and the supporting surface of the fixture for attaching the slings to the horizontal distance between the center of the base and the vertical axis of the fixture for securing the slings may be less than or equal to one. The fixture for securing slings can be made in the form of an образ-shaped bracket, and holes can be made in the base, in which some pin with a limiting head is installed, which has a hole at the lower end for fixing the attachment device for the slings.
Moreover, the attachment for fastening the sling can be made of two interconnected hooks connected at the ends of the straps in such a way that they form a pocket for accommodating the link of the chain sling.
In addition, the base can be made recesses, each of which has a groove, and in the recess is placed the upper link of the chain sling, and the following link is passed through the groove.
The base may be disc-shaped.
At the base, five grooves with grooves can be made, a combination of four of which serves to hang a four-legged sling, and a combination of three grooves to attach a three-legged sling.
The base can also be made six grooves with grooves, of which four form an angle of 90 between them, and three - an angle of 120.
The recess in the base can be made in the form of an annular groove with grooves in it.
The recesses for each link of the chain sling may have support surfaces inclined to the vertical.
In the upper part of the grooves, elastic stops can be installed to form a lock for the upper link of the chain sling, and in the recess an insert in the form of a disk with a groove interacting with the upper link of the chain sling can be placed.
FIG. 1 shows the device, a general view; in fig. 2 - the same, side view; in fig. 3 shows an embodiment of a traverse with fastening of slings by means of pins; in fig. 4 - fastening element of a chain sling; in fig. 5 - fastening element of a chain sling, plan; in fig. b - an embodiment of the traverse with the attachment of slings by means of recesses made at the base; in fig. 7 the same, top view; in fig. 8 shows an embodiment of a traverse with a base in the form of a disk; on . 9 - the same, top view; in fig. 10 shows an embodiment of a traverse in the form of a disk with holes; in fig. 11 - the same, top view.
The load-holding yoke contains a supporting base 1 (see Figures 1 and 2), in which holes 2 are made, into which ends of a connecting body are made in the form of an u-shaped bracket 3. Each end of the bracket 3 is recessed and fixed on the base by means of an anchor plate 4, located under the base and provided with transverse holes 5. The pins 6, which secure the plate relative to the base 1, are inserted into the holes.
in the base 1 there are additional openings 7 along the edges, into which the ends of the U-shaped brackets 8 are used, which are intended for hanging the slings 9. The brackets 8 are fixed relative to the base 1 by means of pins 10 entering the transverse holes 11 in the Base 1. Holes 11 can be made stepped to ensure the removal of the pins 10. The pins 10 are fixed by pins 12.
FIG. 3 shows an embodiment of the crossbeam with the fastening elements of the slings by means of pins. In the base 1 there are holes 13, into which pins 14 are inserted with a limiting head 15. At the ends of the pins, by means of axes 16, holders 17 are mounted, on which lines 9 are fixed. The holder 17 (see FIGS. 4 and 5) is made of two interconnected hooks 18 and 19, connected at the ends with straps 20 and 21 in such a way that they form a pocket for accommodating link 22 of a chain sling 9. The pocket is provided with elastic inserts 23.
FIG. B and 7 shows an embodiment of the crossbar with a base 1 provided with recesses 24 for hanging the sling 9. The base also has grooves 25 in which elastic stops 26 are located. The width of the groove 25 is only slightly wider than the thickness of the material from which the sling link is made.
FIG. 8 and 9, an embodiment of the crosshead is shown with the base 1, in which grooves 27 with recesses 28 are provided in the form of a disk. Six grooves are arranged so that a combination of four of them makes an angle of 90, and three of them make an angle of 120 °. With five grooves (see figs. 10 and 11), a combination of four of them serves to hang the four-legged sling, and three to hang the three-legged sling in such a way that a uniform load distribution n the traverse is formed. The link of the sling can be inserted into the recess of the traverse through the insert 29 with the groove 30 formed therein.
In all embodiments of the crosshead, the ratio of the vertical distance between the upper point of the inner surface of the U-shaped bracket and the support surface of the fixture for securing the slings to the horizontal distance between the center of the base and the vertical axis of the fixture for securing the slings is less than or equal to one.
The device in all embodiments operates as follows.
